石米空间是一个位于东莞的非商业独立艺术空间。石米关注国内外当代艺术及展览实践，并探索东莞与或近或远的其它区域间的文化与社会关系。坐落在始建于八十年代的东莞何氏旧宅，石米空间透过屋院的居家特性展开展览和其它空间项目，空间每年呈现一至两个长期展览，以“慢展览”的节奏融合艺术实践与生活日常。空间2024年至2025年的空间项目将由石金花和瞿畅共同策划。
石米空间于2017年由石金花与李景湖共同创立，并于2017年至2020年发起“石米逗留计划”，至今共邀请了24位/组艺术实践者进行冬季驻留。新冠疫情期间（2020年至2023年），石米于深圳开放展览空间“石米之窗”，先后举办了6位艺术家的个人项目。石米于2023年冬重返东莞启动展览项目。石米空间现由石金花独立运营。
Sekmai is an independent not-for-profit art space in Dongguan. It focuses on contemporary art and curatorial practices in Mainland of China and beyond, aiming to explore the cultural and social connections between Dongguan and other regions near and far. Situated in the former He family house built in the 1980s, Sekmai unfolds exhibitions and actions through its domestic and intimate spatial setting. Every year, Sekmai presents up to two long-durational exhibitions, and contemplates the integration of the artistic and the quotidian through “slow exhibition-making.” Between 2024 and 2025, Sekmai’s program will be run by Echo Shi and Qu Chang.
Founded by Echo Shi Jinhua and Li Jinghu in 2017 as a winter residency project, Sekmai hosted more than 24 artists and artist collectives between 2016 and 2020. In 2020, Shi and Li inaugurated the Window of Sekmai, a storefront exhibition space in Shenzhen. In 2023, Shi moved the Sekmai project back to its original site in Dongguan. Sekmai is currently run by Echo Shi.
