“The Parrot”2021年诞生于中国香港，由 俞征Iris Yu女士与其团队及合作伙伴共同创立。是旨在利用艺术文化设计等内容来推动城市更新并传播生活美学及美好生活方式的非盈利机构。并于2024年在香港成立了艺术设计发展基金，旨在推动艺术设计文化的发展与传承。
创办至今，The Parrot 积极探索空间氛围与城市更新的更多可能性，为空间提供艺术与设计的融合型解决方案，为都市及人群提供更好的艺术体验及精神养分。机构希望在未来的时间积极推动并策划参与更多的城市更新与艺术设计内容相结合的展览，基金会也涉及艺术收藏及公益事业。
