MACA的实体空间位于北京798艺术区内，于2022年1月15日正式面向公众开放。作为以国际标准运营的非营利艺术机构，MACA由艺术推动者车宣桥创立并支持。以一栋总面积900平方米的两层建筑为基地，我们联合全球范围内的艺术家、策展人以及泛文化艺术工作者，以多形式的持续共同工作构建一处当代艺术版图上的新形态坐标。

The Macalline Center of Art (MACA) is an art institution located in the 798 Art District of Beijing and officially inaugurated its space on January 15, 2022. Founded and supported by art patron Che Xuanqiao, MACA operates as a non-profit organization, upholding the highest international standards in its commitment to artistic exploration and engagement. Occupying a two-story building with a total area of 900 square meters, MACA unites artists, curators, and other art and cultural practitioners from around the world. Through its diverse, ongoing, and collaborative approaches, the Center establishes a new site on the contemporary art scene.

使命

MACA是一块视觉发明的实践场域，一处制造事件与前沿的平台，一个不断自我改造与创新的实验室。我们拥抱生态与自然，赞美差异化的认同与认知，为每一种不同凡响的思想欢欣雀跃。MACA致力于打造一个全新的艺术生态，透过连接不同的人群与领域，建立起一个真正开放的文化社区。以“艺术家的工作”为导向，以跨学科的研究为根基，我们试图重聚热爱艺术与信仰“当代”的群体，以回应这个处于激变之中的时代。

The Macalline Center of Art is a practice space that sparks visual creativity, an event space where cutting edge events take place, and a workspace which continuously transforms and reinvents itself. We embrace ecology and nature, celebrate diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and rejoice in each groundbreaking thought. MACA is dedicated to forging a brand-new art ecology. By connecting individuals across different fields, we foster a truly open cultural community. Guided by the “work of artists” and backed by interdisciplinary research, we aim to bring together a community passionate about art and devoted to the “contemporary” moment so as to respond proactively to our rapidly evolving times.
